(1) Erasmus Student Application Form,
IMPORTANT NOTICE: After filling out the application form and finalising your application by pressing the "Complete Application" button, you will have to print your application form out and submit it to the EU Office.

(2) A certified copy of the student's Transcript from the Student Registrar's Office. Graduate students need to obtain their certified transcript from the related Institute's Student Registrar's Office.
(3) Proof of Language Certification Test Score.
