OUTGOING ACADEMIC STAFF
What do you need to do when you return?
When you complete your Erasmus+ process, in order for you to be able to receive the remaining 30% of your grant, you will need to submit certain documents to the EU Office. These documents must be delivered within 10 working days from the date of return. Please submit the following documents to the EU Office:
- Certificate of Attendance: It is a document proving that you have performed teaching activities at least for 8 hours in the receiving university. You will need to obtain this document before leaving the university that you have been visiting, and the document must be signed and stampted. Scanned documents or documents missing signatures and/or stamp will not be accepted.
- Copy of passport pages: When submitting your return documents, you will need to bring a copy of the pages of your passport containing your personal information and entry-exit stamps.
- Boarding Pass: You will need to bring over the boarding passes of your departure and return flights to the EU Office.
- On-line survey: After you complete your mobility, you will need to fill out the mandatory survey entitled "EU Survey", which will be sent to your e-mail address by the European Commission. Please contact the EU Office if you do not receive the survey.
(!) In order to be able to receive your remaining mobility grant, you will need to submit the above listed documents and fill out the EU survey.
