STUDENTS' STUDY MOBILITY
OUTGOING STUDENTS
What do you need to do when you return to Hacettepe?
After you complete your Erasmus+ mobility, in order to be able to receive the remaining amount of your mobility grant, you will need to submit the following documents to the EU Office. These documents need to be submitted within 30 days following the exact end date of your mobility.
- Duration sheet: The document that shows the period of stay at the host institution. You should get this document signed and sealed on the day of your arrival and departure. Upon your return, you will need to submit this document to the EU Office. Documents with missing signatures and/or seals will not be accepted as valid.
- Transcript: The document that shows the course grades you obtained in the host institution. A copy of this document needs to be submitted both to the EU Office and to your departmental/unit coordinator.
- Personal Observation Report: It is a full-page, typed report that needs to be prepared by you wherein you reflect on your Erasmus+ mobility as a whole, including your positive and negative experiences.
- A copy of passport pages: While submitting your return documents, please bring your passport with you so that copy of the required pages can be made.
- In order for the academic recognition of the courses that you completed in the host institution, you will need to submit your transcript from the host institution and other documents that may be requested by your departmental/unit Erasmus+ coordinator.
- Second OLS exam: Upon the completion of the mobility, you will need to take the OLS exam a second time. This exam is mandatory, and its non-completion is subject to the sanction of a reduction in the remaning amount of your mobility grant. In order to be able to take the second OLS exam, sign in to the OLS system with your registered information, then click the "Edit My Profile" tab and update your departure-arrival dates. This will activate your exam, upon which you will be able to take the exam.
