OUTGOING ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

You have been selected for KA 103 Training Mobility, what do you need to do before leaving?

1. Approval Decision of the Rectorate: This decision is a must for the mobility to be realised. In order to be able to begin your process to apply for a leave of absence, you will need to apply to your department/unit. The document indicating that you have been selected for Erasmus+ mobility can be obtained from the EU Office (please note that it may take a day for this document to be prepared). Following your application to the secretariat of your department/unit, the Faculty Administrative Board will adopt a decision and send it for the approval of the rectorate. For procedural details, please consult the Secretariat of your department/unit/faculty.
2. Bring your Training Mobility Agreement to the EU Office for seal and signature.
3. In order to be able to sign your mobility contract, you will need to go to the EU Office. Please do not forget to bring a copy of your e-ticket, your bank account book along with the other documents. 

(!) ABOUT GRANT PAYMENTS: The first part (80%) of the grant payments for KA 103 teaching and training mobilities for staff can only be made upon the submission of the approval decisin of the rectorate regarding the concerned staff's leave of absence. Without this approval and/or the signing of the mobility contract, it is not possible to make any payments to the beneficiary. It is the individual responsibility of the beneficiary to begin the process for obtaining the approval decision of the Rectorate.
