Health Insurance

All incoming Erasmus students should have health insurance. You may have your insurance before arrival or obtain one after arrival. Just for information, the coverage of your health insurance should be as follows: 2.000 Euros for outpatient and 20.000 Euros for inpatient stay. This coverage is required by Ankara Migration Office in order to apply for resident permit. Please upload the scanned copy of your Health Insurance Policies/Cards (English version is required). Confirmation letter for health insurance will be prepared for you by our office.

Resident Permit Application

After completing procedures such as course registration, ID card application, and rent payment for the first month you need to start collecting the documents for residence permit application, please read the information at the link under https://internationalstudent2.hacettepe.edu.tr/en       Please remind that Erasmus students are “short term / exchange” students. First of all, you need to collect the necessary documents for resident permit application, then you will give the documents to Mrs.Neşe Çetin nesecetin@hacettepe.edu.tr at Beytepe Student Affairs Office, Foreign Students Office  “Beytepe Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı”. She is responsible for residence permit application of foreign students at Beytepe Campus. If your department is located in Sihhiye Campus, you need to hand in the documents to Mr.Fatih Atak atakfatih@gmail.com at Sihhiye Student Affiars Office.
