Please fill in the documents, ‘Student Affair Office Form’ and ‘Application Form’ and upload them together a copy of your ‘Passport’ until June 1st (fall semester), November 1st (spring semester).

Please upload your bank account (in Euros).

Course registration week is September 17-19, 2025.

Add-drop week is October 1-3, 2025.

If you are planning to stay on campus please fill and upload the ‘Accomodation’ form until June 1st (fall semester), November 1st (spring semester).

Acceptance Letters will be prepared and sent by e-mail after July 1st (fall semester), December 1st (spring semester).
