• Please fill the ‘KA 131 ERASMUS+ PARTICIPANT’S PRE-REGISTRATION FORM’ on the computer and upload it.
• Please upload a copy of your Passport (the page of identification)
• Please contact the Erasmus Coordinator of the faculty/department https://fs.hacettepe.edu.tr/abofisi/2025%20DOSYALARI/Koordinat%C3%B6r%20Listesi%2027.03.2025.pdf to arrange your visit date and to prepare your Mobility Agreement. Please upload your Mobility Agreement (Teaching/Training) with the signatures.

After signing your Mobility Agreement please make sure to include the name and signature of your Institution’s Responsible Person, and the Stamp of your Institution.

• Please make sure to have adequate insurance coverage.
